The above address corresponds exclusively to an administrative office. Euphorie is a 100% online store and does not operate a physical retail outlet. In-person visits are only possible upon prior written appointment and confirmation.

2. Purpose and Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website as well as the legal terms governing the purchase and sale of products offered therein.

These terms apply to any user or customer who accesses, navigates, or makes commercial transactions through the website, and placing an order constitutes full, conscious, and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Nature of Content and Minimum Age of Use

The Euphorie.lu website sells products of an intimate, sensual, and sexual nature, including but not limited to:

  • Erotic lingerie;
  • Sexual toys and accessories;
  • Sensual cosmetic products.

Therefore, the content displayed and the products offered are explicitly intended for an adult audience only.

Access to, registration on, or purchases from the website are strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18.

By creating an account and/or making a purchase, the User legally and criminally declares that they are of legal age in their country of residence.

Euphorie reserves the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts, and take legal action where there are founded suspicions of misuse by minors.

4. Ordering Process and Contract Formation

The purchase contract between the customer and Euphorie is established through the following process:

  • Selecting products while browsing the website;
  • Adding products to the shopping cart;
  • Completing all required billing and shipping information;
  • Choosing an available payment method;
  • Confirming and submitting the order, with express acceptance of the Terms;
  • Receiving an automatic email confirming the order.

An order is only considered accepted and binding after payment has been validated and a confirmation email has been sent.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment Methods

All prices are expressed in euros (€), including VAT at the applicable legal rate at the time of purchase (typically Portuguese VAT, due to the operator's fiscal registration).

Shipping costs will be added to product prices and clearly displayed at checkout.

Available Payment Methods:

  • Bank Transfer (SEPA);
  • Credit or Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) via secure Stripe gateway;
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay, depending on device compatibility.

All payments are processed using SSL data encryption technology and through certified payment providers, ensuring security and confidentiality.

6. Shipping, Transport, and Delivery

Euphorie undertakes to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days following successful payment confirmation.

Shipping is carried out by trusted courier partners. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in Luxembourg or in the destination country.

Shipping Conditions:

  • All products are shipped in completely discreet, opaque packaging, with no logos or branding referring to the content or Euphorie;
  • The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address provided;
  • In case of delivery failure due to customer absence, reshipping costs may be charged.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with applicable European legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without providing any reason.

Legal Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items):

The right of return DOES NOT apply to the following products:

  • Sealed items that have been opened, for health or hygiene reasons;
  • Intimate lingerie (panties, thongs, bodysuits, sets including bottoms);
  • Sexual toys, lubricants, or erotic cosmetics that have been opened or handled;
  • Customized or made-to-order products.

Procedure for Exercising the Right:

The customer may exercise their right to return by one of the following means:

  • Through the user area:
    1. Log in to their personal profile on the website;
    2. Go to the “Tickets” section;
    3. Select the “Problem with a product” option;
    4. Choose the order ID and describe the issue.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne solely by the customer, except in cases of proven fault or error by Euphorie (defective, incorrect, or damaged product).

8. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products are covered by a three (3) year legal warranty of conformity, pursuant to Luxembourg consumer law and European Regulation (EU) 2019/771.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include:

  • Damage resulting from misuse or negligence;
  • Breakage due to improper handling;
  • Natural wear and tear.

9. Intellectual Property

All content presented on the website, including text, images, illustrations, logos, videos, graphics, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Euphorie or of third parties duly authorized.

Copying, reproducing, modifying, or using any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Protection of Personal Data

The processing of personal data is carried out in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679) and applicable Luxembourg data protection laws.

Using mediation is voluntary and does not affect the right to initiate judicial proceedings.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The legal relationships established between the User and Euphorie shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without prejudice to mandatory EU regulations.

In case of legal dispute, the competent court shall be that of the consumer’s place of residence, or, at the consumer's discretion, the Court of Luxembourg-City, the registered seat of the service provider.
